07. Case Manager | Fully Remote | USD Payments

Overview

This role supports bilingual case management for U.S.-based law firm matters involving Personal Injury and Immigration. The position is fully remote and works directly with clients and third parties throughout the case lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Client onboarding & communication
  • Conduct case management introductions
  • Monitor that clients are receiving appropriate medical treatment or fulfilling other case requirements
  • Complete regular check-ins to provide updates and gather needed information
• Case management
  • Monitor case progress efficiently
  • Ensure all client interactions are accurately documented
  • Maintain and properly save all files and reports
• Calendar management
  • Track key deadlines and follow-ups
  • Ensure stakeholders are notified and kept up to date
• Third-party coordination
  • Provide and retrieve necessary information from medical providers
  • Follow up on liability issues and policy limits
  • Handle communications with insurance companies, Government Agencies, and the USCIS
  • Prepare and send MedPay demands as needed

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a law firm, with a focus on Personal Injury (PI) and Immigration matters
• Strong understanding of U.S. Personal Injury and Immigration legal procedures and case management
• Excellent prioritization and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in verbal and written English communication (C1 or higher)
• Permanently resides in Latin America
• Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in customer service and sales
• Bachelor’s degree in law
