Overview

A fully remote opportunity is available for a Senior Trademark Paralegal to work 40 hours per week during US business hours. This is a full-time, permanent independent contractor position open to candidates located in LATAM or the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file trademark documents with the USPTO and TTAB.
• Review trademark searches, Office Actions, and legal correspondence.
• Support management of global trademark portfolios.
• Oversee daily team workflow, including managing inboxes and task allocation.
• Review work for quality assurance and provide mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a trademark paralegal.
• Strong knowledge of USPTO procedures and trademark law.
• Prior experience in leadership or workflow coordination roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with trademark docketing systems and legal practice management software.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
