Overview
Adjunct Faculty will teach Legal Studies - Real Estate Law. The role supports student success through course planning, instruction, and evaluation in a multicultural learning environment.
Opportunities may include a flexible schedule with assignments during days, evenings, and weekends. Course delivery may be face-to-face, on-line, hybrid, and/or blended formats.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver course instruction in classroom, lab, or clinical settings (as assigned)
- Provide instruction across multiple delivery modes, including face-to-face, on-line, hybrid, and/or blended formats
- Evaluate students
- Submit required paperwork related to instruction in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
- Minimum of a Juris Doctor degree
- Experience in Labor and Employment Law
- Experience working with paralegals
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous teaching experience
- Experience facilitating group discussions
- Ability to teach remotely with technology
- Experience in online or virtual teaching
- Access to personal technology, including a home computer with the appropriate ability to teach online
Compensation & Benefits
- Positions are paid by stipends for course assignments.
- A pre-employment background check is required and is conducted at the Colleges’ expense.
