AI Product Attorney

Overview

An innovative technology organization developing AI-enabled products is seeking an experienced Product Counsel to collaborate closely with its product team on emerging legal, privacy, and AI-related issues. This role involves advising on product workflows and launches, identifying legal considerations early in development, and ensuring that privacy disclosures, policies, terms, and conditions accurately reflect product operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on product development and launches
• Identify and address legal considerations related to AI and privacy
• Draft and review privacy disclosures, policies, terms, and conditions
• Partner with product teams to integrate legal guidance into workflows

Requirements

• Significant experience in product counseling
• Strong background in privacy law
• Experience advising on AI-enabled products
• Prior experience at a technology company preferred

Compensation & Work Details

• This is a remote, ongoing project starting ASAP
• Approximately 20 hours per week
• West Coast-based candidates strongly preferred
• Hourly rate expected between $110 and $112, depending on qualifications and experience
