Overview
This is a 12 month temporary, full-time remote engagement beginning October 2026 with a F500 Tech Company. The role provides temporary in-house legal support for an active antitrust litigation docket, including complex antitrust/competition litigation and related government investigations.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex litigation and investigation workstreams independently while collaborating closely with the in-house legal team.
- Support antitrust litigation, including matters involving monopolization, tying, price-fixing, and antitrust class actions.
- Support government investigations involving the DOJ, FTC, or other competition authorities.
- Manage discovery, depositions, subpoenas, and other litigation and investigation workstreams.
- Coordinate with outside counsel and support multi-jurisdictional matters.
- Work closely with senior in-house lawyers, senior business stakeholders, and government regulators.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of substantial experience handling complex antitrust/competition litigation and related government investigations.
- Extensive experience with U.S. federal antitrust litigation and government investigations.
- Substantial experience at a leading law firm with a sophisticated antitrust litigation and investigations practice, or comparable senior-level in-house experience managing complex antitrust matters.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience coordinating matters involving international competition authorities.
- In-house experience managing significant litigation and government investigations for a large, diversified or multinational company, including overseeing outside counsel, coordinating across business units and jurisdictions, and advising senior executives or business leadership.
- Prior secondment experience.
- Familiarity with eDiscovery and AI-assisted investigation tools.
Compensation & Benefits
- $100–$120 per hour
- Worker will be employed (W-2) by a workforce solutions company for the duration of the engagement.

- Candidates must be able to conform to Pacific Time Zone working hours.
- Start date is subject to candidate availability and onboarding, but must be full-time starting in October 2026.
Additional Notes
- No interview with the client: screening is handled by the staffing/placement process; if selected by the client, you will begin working with the client.
- Rate consideration: A live auction will be part of the client’s selection process. Apply at your most competitive possible rate. The rate will not be reduced below the amount provided.
