Appellate Attorney

Overview

An organization is seeking an Appellate Attorney to assist in training AI models by evaluating and improving AI chatbots' legal reasoning and problem-solving capabilities. This role requires expert-level legal knowledge and involves measuring AI progress and ensuring the quality of legal outputs.

Responsibilities

• Present AI chatbots with diverse and complex legal problems
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for correctness and performance
• Identify and solve issues to enhance AI model quality

Requirements

• Completed or in-progress law degree
• At least 5 years of legal experience
• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level
• Expertise in any of the following legal areas is welcome: corporate law, criminal law, civil litigation, constitutional law, administrative law, environmental law, family law, intellectual property law, tax law, labor and employment law, immigration law, real estate law, health law, entertainment law, human rights law, international law, cybersecurity and privacy law, contract law, securities law, bankruptcy law, alternative dispute resolution
