Overview

A legal services organization is seeking an Arkansas licensed attorney with at least 4 years of civil litigation experience to work remotely. Experience in general liability, employment, or commercial matters is preferred. The role involves handling written discovery, motion work, depositions, and court hearings. The position can be contract or permanent, full-time or part-time, and candidates may be located anywhere in the United States, provided they hold an Arkansas license.

Responsibilities

  • Manage civil litigation matters including written discovery, motions, depositions, and court hearings
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic legal team
  • Handle cases primarily in general liability, employment, or commercial law (preferred)

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in Arkansas
  • Minimum of 4 years of civil litigation experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Outstanding professional references

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annualized salary range: $160,000 to $200,000 (full-time equivalent), based on experience, qualifications, credentials, and location
  • W2 employment status
