A national law firm with multiple locations across the United States is seeking an Asbestos Litigation Attorney to join their virtual office team. This role focuses on asbestos-specific litigation within the Complex Torts business unit.
Responsibilities
- Handle all stages of asbestos litigation, including taking depositions, writing briefs, and participating in court appearances.
- Collaborate primarily with attorneys in the Complex Torts business unit.
- Manage multiple projects effectively while demonstrating exceptional judgment.
- Articulate legal strategies and courses of action clearly.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in asbestos-specific litigation.
- Active bar license.
- Residency in South Carolina.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Demonstrated commitment to the community.
