Overview
A national law firm with multiple U.S. locations is seeking an Asbestos Litigation Attorney with three to eight years of experience. This position is open in Los Angeles, Oakland, or a virtual office setting. Candidates must reside in California and hold an active California bar license. The role primarily supports attorneys within the Complex Torts business unit.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of civil litigation in toxic tort cases
- Conduct factual investigations and discovery
- Prepare pleadings
- Take depositions
- Engage in discovery processes
- Handle substantive motion practice in California state and federal courts
Requirements
- Three to eight years of relevant litigation experience
- Active California bar license
- Residence in California
- Experience with toxic tort civil litigation
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Exceptional judgment and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication of legal strategies and courses of action

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $180,000 to $250,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience
