Overview

A nationwide plaintiff law firm is seeking multiple experienced Associate Attorneys to join their team remotely. The firm is experiencing extensive growth across several practice areas and is looking for candidates with solid litigation experience.

Practice Areas

• FCA/Qui Tam
• Data Breach/Privacy Class Action
• FCRA
• ERISA
• Civil Rights/Policy
• TCPA

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters within one or more of the specified practice areas
• Participate in case preparation and trial work as needed
• Collaborate with the legal team to advance plaintiff cases

Requirements

• Experience in one or more of the listed practice areas
• Litigation experience is required; trial experience is a plus
• Comfortable working 100% remotely
