Overview

This role is for a Remote Associate Attorney - Nevada. The organization is seeking a Nevada-licensed Associate Attorney to join a growing remote team. The position involves managing consumer advocacy and civil litigation matters from intake through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage consumer advocacy and civil litigation matters from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
• Communicate directly with clients, keeping them informed throughout their cases
• Negotiate with opposing counsel and work toward favorable resolutions
• Attend court appearances and hearings in Nevada as needed

Requirements

• Active Nevada Bar license required
• 1+ years of attorney experience (all experience levels are encouraged to apply)
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and legal writing skills
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
• Must reside in the State of Nevada
