A growing national litigation firm specializing in insurance defense is seeking motivated attorneys to join their team. Responsibilities
- Develop effective case strategies that focus on results
- Manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials independently
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff across experience levels
- Maintain professional and consistent communication with clients
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team development
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar license in the State of Nevada
- 1 to 8 years of litigation experience, including case strategy, depositions, and trial preparation
- Ability to manage a full caseload independently from discovery through trial
- Prior insurance defense experience preferred
- Familiarity with litigation timekeeping and billing systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $100,000 to $135,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
- Annual billable hours bonus starting at $10,000, with additional bonuses of $7,500 per tier

Location
This position requires an active Nevada bar license and is open to candidates able to work within the state. Flexible work arrangements are available including remote, hybrid, or onsite options.
