Overview

A global immigration firm with offices across multiple time zones is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their growing team. The firm provides corporate global visa services in over 100 countries and employs over 50 attorneys and 150 immigration professionals. Remote applicants will be considered, with preference given to candidates in Mountain or Pacific Time Zones.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and communicate options to address clients’ business immigration needs
  • Maintain timely and accurate communication with clients during and after the application process to support immigration program management and compliance
  • Supervise and collaborate with supporting staff to ensure applications are prepared and filed correctly
  • Maintain accuracy for high volume, rapid turnover cases
  • Assist clients and staff with questions throughout the filing process
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements

  • Valid membership in an applicable Bar association
  • 3-5 years of business immigration experience
  • Strong knowledge of a variety of case types, including non-immigrant visas (NIV) such as simple and complex L visas and E-2 Treaty Investor visas, PERM, and other immigrant visa (IV) case types
  • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience managing multiple competing priorities independently
  • Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
