Overview
A nationwide plaintiff law firm specializing in various practice areas is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join their Data Breach & Privacy Class Actions team. This is a 100% remote position.
Responsibilities
- Manage a personal caseload from inception through resolution
- Handle class action and data breach litigation matters
- Collaborate with the legal team on complex privacy class action cases
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in class action and data breach law
- Strong litigation background
- Experience managing own caseload independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience specifically with plaintiff-side class action work
- Familiarity with various types of data breach cases
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $110,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on years of experience as a licensed attorney
