Overview
An established law firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney specializing in Construction Defect litigation. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while managing a diverse caseload independently. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience and be in good standing with the Florida Bar.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Draft motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents accurately.
- Represent clients effectively at hearings, depositions, and mediations.
- Manage multiple cases ensuring timely and accurate progress.
- Collaborate with clients and legal team members to develop comprehensive legal strategies.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in construction defect litigation.
- Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness and ability to bill hours.
