Overview

An established law firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney specializing in Construction Defect litigation. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while managing a diverse caseload independently. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience and be in good standing with the Florida Bar.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Draft motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents accurately.
  • Represent clients effectively at hearings, depositions, and mediations.
  • Manage multiple cases ensuring timely and accurate progress.
  • Collaborate with clients and legal team members to develop comprehensive legal strategies.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in construction defect litigation.
  • Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness and ability to bill hours.
