Overview

An Associate Attorney position is available for a candidate with 2-5 years of experience post-graduation from an accredited law school. The role involves assisting partners and working closely with clients in all phases of state and federal insurance coverage practice. Responsibilities include policy analysis, legal research, correspondence, case file analysis, drafting memorandums and reports, participating in strategy discussions, and assisting in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and trial. Insurance experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze case files
  • Participate in strategy discussions
  • Support ADR and trial preparation and proceedings

Requirements

  • Full-time position with remote work
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the California Bar and/or Nevada, Colorado, or Arizona Bar
  • Excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $120,000 to $140,000, commensurate with experience
  • Based on 1650 billable hours annually
  • Automatic bonuses awarded for each additional 50 billable hours
