Associate Attorney - ERISA (REMOTE)

Overview

A nationwide plaintiff law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with solid ERISA experience to join their team. This is a 100% remote position offering a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $180,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Handle ERISA-related cases with a focus on litigation
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Manage case preparation and strategy

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ERISA cases
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in pleading, motion practice, and discovery
• Self-driven, proactive, and creative approach to legal work
• Comfortable working 100% remotely
