Overview
This role is for a 100% remote Associate Attorney based in Nevada. The employer is seeking an attorney with 1–2 years of litigation or negotiation experience to manage a steady caseload and provide support on matters involving debt resolution, creditor issues, and tenant disputes.
Responsibilities
- Manage client matters from intake through resolution
- Negotiate with creditors and opposing counsel
- Handle cases involving debt collection, financial hardship, or tenant rights
- Use the employer’s Salesforce-based system to track progress and manage communications
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and administrative staff
Requirements
- Active Nevada Bar license and in good standing with the Nevada Bar
- Must reside in Nevada
- 1–2 years of litigation or negotiation experience

- Background in consumer law, financial disputes, or personal injury
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to a full-time role
- Passion for helping underserved or vulnerable populations
