Overview

This role provides comprehensive legal representation across firm practice areas, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, and related matters. You will collaborate with experienced attorneys and a skilled operational team under the guidance of a managing attorney, with opportunities to build a well-rounded legal skill set.

Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings
  • Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence
  • Attend court hearings in person and virtually
  • Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff
  • Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice

Requirements

  • Licensed in Indiana (required)
  • 0–3+ years (all qualified applicants considered)
  • Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and driven
  • Location: Remote
  • Local court-related travel required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Multi-state licensure — PLUS if licensed in Kentucky or Ohio
  • Litigation, bankruptcy or collections experience
  • Federal licensure
