Overview
An established law firm with a long-standing presence since 1965 is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team remotely in Nebraska. The firm represents national creditors across multiple states including Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Ohio, and Colorado. This role focuses on consumer collection litigation.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload effectively
- Conduct thorough pleading reviews as part of a team
- Represent creditor clients throughout Nebraska
- Work independently and collaboratively to deliver high-quality legal services
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in Nebraska
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, take initiative, and handle multiple assignments with deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
