Overview
The organization is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join its legal practice in New Hampshire. This is a remote role, but court appearances will require travel.

Eligibility requirement: Candidates must be currently located within the state of New Hampshire to be considered for this role.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and supervise a heavy and diversified caseload of clients in New Hampshire
- Communicate with clients regarding their respective matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda; review and draft agreements
- Communicate with opposing parties to resolve and settle claims
- Conduct legal research on simple and complex issues in contract law and other areas of consumer law
- Travel for in-court appearances
Requirements
- Must be currently admitted to practice law in New Hampshire
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm
- Superior organizational and time-management skills to meet strict deadlines
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Highest ethical standards and professional integrity
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with senior management and employees at all levels
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong legal research skills; proficiency in LexisNexis is a plus
