Associate Attorney-Remote

Overview

A dynamic and leading law firm known for excellence and innovation in legal services is seeking a talented and driven litigation associate with 3+ years of experience to join a growing practice. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside seasoned partners, gain hands-on courtroom experience, engage in meaningful client contact, and develop a lasting legal career.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement demands
• Represent clients at depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings
• Maintain communication with clients regarding case progress and strategy
• Manage own caseload and collaborate to develop litigation strategy
• Perform legal research

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
• Preferred experience in Insurance Defense, General Liability, including Premises Liability
• Admission to practice law in New Jersey required; admission in New York, Connecticut, or Pennsylvania is a plus
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
