Associate Attorney

Overview

A fully remote legal position is available for a licensed Minnesota family law attorney to join a collaborative team based in the Minneapolis area. This role involves providing compassionate legal support to families navigating challenging transitions.

Responsibilities

• Manage an independent caseload including court appearances and mediations
• Draft pleadings and motions
• Provide legal guidance and support to clients during family law matters

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the Minnesota Bar
• Minimum of 4 years of experience practicing Minnesota family law
• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
• Experience with court appearances, mediations, and drafting legal documents
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using legal technology such as Clio and Microsoft Office

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary range: $100,000 to $120,000 USD
