Overview
This role is for an Associate Attorney supporting litigation matters for a creditors’ rights practice. The position provides comprehensive legal representation across foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, and related matters, with court-related travel as needed.

- Reports to: Managing Attorney
- Travel Required: Court-related travel may be required
Responsibilities
As an Associate Attorney focused on litigation, responsibilities include:
- Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
- Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements, applicable laws, and court rules.
- Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually.
- Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
- Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.
Requirements
- Licensed in Tennessee (required)
- 3+ years of litigation experience preferred (all qualified applicants will be considered)
- Experience in a role centered on litigation
- Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and driven
Preferred Qualifications
- Multi-state licensure
- Bankruptcy or collections experience
- Federal licensure
