Overview
This Associate Attorney role is designed to help new hires learn and familiarize themselves with multiple practice areas, while demonstrating the ability to meet performance expectations. As performance progresses, growth opportunities may become available.
The position requires strong organization and prioritization to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, volume-based environment. The ideal candidate can work independently, has meticulous attention to detail, and brings strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Bar membership is required.
Prior bankruptcy or other creditor’s rights experience is preferred, but training is available for candidates eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review pleadings and other legal documents
- Attend court hearings as needed and communicate with opposing counsel
- Update internal systems to include findings, documentation, and recommendations
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements, as applicable

- Strong ability to analyze corrective action opportunities and present recommendations
- Dedication to superior customer service and timely interactions with clients
Required Education and Training
- Juris Doctor
- Active Bar membership (any U.S. State)
- Must be in good standing within their respective jurisdiction
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior bankruptcy or other creditor’s rights experience
- Basic principles of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control strongly preferred
