Overview
An Associate Attorney position is available for a candidate with 2-5 years of experience post-graduation from an accredited law school. The role involves assisting partners and working closely with clients on all phases of state and federal insurance coverage practice. Responsibilities include policy analysis, legal research, correspondence, case file analysis, drafting memorandums and reports, participating in strategy discussions, and assisting in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and trial. Prior insurance experience is beneficial but not required.
Responsibilities

- Analyze case files
- Participate in strategy discussions
- Support ADR and trial processes
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- 2-5 years of post-graduate legal experience
- Admission to the California Bar and/or Nevada, Colorado, or Arizona Bar
- Excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to work full-time remotely
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $120,000 to $140,000, commensurate with experience
- Based on 1650 billable hours annually with automatic bonuses for each additional 50 hours
