Overview
A leading organization in the Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) market is seeking a Contract Management Associate to join their team in Wroclaw. This role involves supporting clients by drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and providing general support to clients' contract management and in-house legal teams.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts
- Collaborate closely with clients' in-house legal departments on matters including international deals, bids, procurement, marketing, professional services, media, technology, and consumer issues
- Manage an active caseload and ensure compliance with all delivery commitments
- Adhere to established delivery processes and maintain accurate data on internal and client systems
- Assist in developing contract templates, playbooks, and other tools for team use
- Contribute to continuous service improvement and adding value to client engagements
Requirements
- Law degree and/or legally qualified
- Legally eligible to work in Poland
- Minimum of 2 years' experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts within a law firm, ALSP, in-house legal team, or similar environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Regular client-facing experience
- Good commercial awareness and ability to work directly with business managers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word
- Demonstrated personal leadership and alignment with core values such as authenticity, accountability, adaptability, and stewardship
- Experience in client relationship management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with or for telecommunications, financial services, or professional services firms, preferably in a contracting function
- Experience working in-house
