Overview

A leading organization in the Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) market is seeking a Contract Management Associate to join their team in Wroclaw. This role involves supporting clients by drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and providing general support to clients' contract management and in-house legal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts
  • Collaborate closely with clients' in-house legal departments on matters including international deals, procurement, marketing, professional services, media, technology, and consumer issues
  • Manage an active caseload and ensure compliance with all delivery commitments
  • Input and maintain data on internal and client systems
  • Assist in developing contract templates, playbooks, and other tools for the team
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of services and adding value to client engagements

Requirements

  • Law degree and/or legally qualified
  • Legally eligible to work in Poland
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts within a law firm, ALSP, in-house legal team, or similar environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Regular client-facing experience
  • Good commercial awareness and ability to work directly with business managers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Word
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated adaptability, authenticity, accountability, and values-driven approach
  • Ability to take instructions from clients, take appropriate action, and serve as an escalation point for junior team members

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with or for technology, telecommunications, financial services, or professional services firms, preferably in a contracting function
  • Experience negotiating Software as a Service (SaaS) agreements
  • Strong understanding of artificial intelligence applications
  • Proficiency with Google Suite
  • Ability to handle large datasets and produce clear executive reports
  • Experience working in-house
