Responsibilities

• Handle inbound video chat inquiries from app users related to criminal defense, personal injury, immigration, or potential traffic violations.
• Conduct initial consultations within the attorney's local jurisdiction.
• Serve as a brand ambassador within licensed jurisdictions and legal communities.
• Support local business initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, or Immigration law.
• Active malpractice insurance or willingness to obtain coverage before onboarding.
• Licensed and in good standing with the local State Bar.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated passion for client service and career excellence.
• Willingness to pursue licensure in additional states is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensure in multiple states.

Compensation & Benefits

• Contract position (1099).
• Pay ranges from $50 to $150 per qualifying supported video chat.
• Typical video chat duration is 15 minutes or less.
• Optional performance-based bonus opportunities available.
