Overview

A well-established defense litigation firm based in Denver, CO, is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team remotely within Idaho. This position requires at least 2+ years of experience defending civil litigation cases in Idaho and offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the state while collaborating with the Missoula office.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage civil litigation case files
  • Defend civil litigation cases within Idaho
  • Collaborate with team members remotely
  • Participate in client development and marketing efforts

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Idaho (required)
  • Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation defense experience in Idaho
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to manage cases independently
  • Excellent communication, analytical, research, and writing skills
  • Interest in marketing and client development
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Trial experience (preferred)
