Overview
An established multi-state Creditors' Rights law firm specializing in Consumer and Commercial Collections and Insurance Subrogation is seeking an Attorney licensed to practice in New Hampshire. This is a full-time remote position based in New Hampshire, with some in-person court appearances required within the state.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in in-person court hearings across New Hampshire
- Conduct legal research, review cases, and draft pleadings and related legal documents
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve successful case outcomes under tight deadlines
- Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently in a deadline-driven environment
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and clients at all levels
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in New Hampshire
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Reliable with strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and manage a large caseload
- Team-oriented with proven collaboration skills
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Admission to practice in any of the following states is a plus but not required:
- Delaware
- Michigan
- Connecticut
- Massachusetts
- Maryland
- Washington, D.C.
Interview Process
