Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and organizational policies.
- Provide legal advice on intellectual property, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct legal research to identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Assist in dispute resolution by drafting demand letters and responding to legal claims.
- Maintain accurate records of legal proceedings and ensure timely filing of required documentation.
Requirements
- Active license to practice law or eligibility to practice under local bar association rules.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate law, commercial law, or a related legal field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex legal documents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting and presenting legal arguments.
- Experience with contract review, negotiation, and compliance in a business environment.
