Overview

A legal staffing organization is seeking a Georgia-licensed Trusts & Estates/Probate Attorney for a fully remote, part-time, contract position supporting a client in the metro Atlanta area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct probate hearings
• Review trusts and estates work completed by paralegals
• Serve in an "Of Counsel" style role

Requirements

• Active Georgia law license
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, ideally including probate, trusts & estates, and personal injury matters
