Responsibilities
- Handle bankruptcy litigation cases with minimal supervision
- Conduct legal research and analysis related to bankruptcy matters
- Draft legal documents and correspondence
- Engage in client interactions and provide superior client service
- Collaborate with colleagues in a professional and collegial environment
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in California
- Hands-on experience in bankruptcy litigation
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong writing, analytical, and research skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage cases independently

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranges:
- Associates (1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000
- Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (5+ years): $140,000–$215,000
- Partners (7+ years): $190,000–$275,000+
- Actual compensation varies based on experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market
