Overview
A national law firm with offices in all 50 states is seeking experienced bankruptcy attorneys for its Ontario/Inland Empire office. Candidates should have hands-on experience in bankruptcy litigation. Attorneys at all levels are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities
- Handle bankruptcy litigation cases with minimal supervision
- Conduct legal research and analysis related to bankruptcy matters
- Draft legal documents and correspondence
- Provide superior client service and maintain professionalism
- Participate in client interactions and collaborate with team members
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in California
- Hands-on experience in bankruptcy litigation
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong writing, analytical, and research skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage cases independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a national law firm environment
- Ability to work in a flexible and collaborative setting
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $275,000 annually, depending on experience and role level:
- Associates (1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000
- Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (5+ years): $140,000–$215,000
- Partners (7+ years): $190,000–$275,000+
- Compensation is tailored based on experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market
- Eligibility for discretionary and performance-based bonuses
