Bilingual Intake Specialist

A partner organization is seeking a Bilingual Intake Specialist based in Brazil to serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal support in sensitive financial situations. This remote role involves managing inbound intake calls, guiding potential clients through structured questionnaires, and accurately capturing critical case information to support bankruptcy and debt relief processes. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound intake calls and guide clients through structured questionnaires with accuracy and professionalism
• Collect, verify, and record client information into digital intake systems and case management tools
• Transfer qualified cases to attorneys ensuring all required documentation is complete
• Coordinate follow-ups with clients to gather missing documents and confirm appointments
• Provide bilingual support in English and Spanish during client interactions
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation management, and case preparation notes
• Maintain consistent communication quality to ensure clients feel supported and informed throughout the intake process

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service, call center, intake, or administrative support roles
• Fluent English and strong Spanish communication skills (mandatory)
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Strong phone communication skills with a professional and empathetic tone
• Comfortable using digital tools such as forms, CRMs, Zoom, and basic office systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow structured processes
• Adaptability to handle both client-facing and back-office tasks effectively

• Remote full-time position with a stable weekday schedule (Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST)
