This contract position seeks a Transactional Attorney to draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements supporting business operations. The role focuses on transactional law with an emphasis on compliance and risk mitigation.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including service and partnership agreements.
- Ensure all agreements comply with applicable laws and organizational policies.
- Conduct legal research to identify potential risks and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align contracts with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all legal agreements.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in transactional law.
- Strong proficiency in contract drafting and negotiation.
- Ability to analyze complex legal documents and identify key risks.
