Overview
This role is for a civil defense litigation attorney with personal injury defense experience. The position is full-time and permanent, based in a remote format. Candidates must live in California to attend court appearances and depositions as needed. The employer is seeking someone licensed and in good standing in California.
Responsibilities
- Handle civil defense litigation matters, specifically personal injury defense

Requirements
- 7+ years of civil defense litigation experience, specifically personal injury defense
- Licensed to practice and in good standing in California
- J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional law firm setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior trial experience (plus, but not required)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $165,000 to $215,000
- Eligible for bonuses and equity compensation
- Pay is based on multiple factors including work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location
