Overview
A law firm with offices in California is seeking a California-licensed attorney with at least four years of experience taking and defending depositions for a contract role. This position can be part-time or full-time and is fully remote, allowing candidates to be located anywhere in the United States. Experience in mass tort and/or toxic tort matters is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Participate primarily in depositions conducted via Zoom
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a legal team
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in California
- Minimum of 4 years of experience taking and defending depositions
- Excellent academic credentials
- Outstanding professional references
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Candidates may be located anywhere in the United States

- Experience working on mass tort and/or toxic tort matters

Compensation & Benefits
- Annualized compensation ranges from $175,000 to $200,000 on a full-time basis
- Pay is based on factors including work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location
- W2 employment status
