Overview

An opportunity is available for an attorney with at least five years of labor and employment law advice and consulting experience. This role is fully remote and open to candidates living anywhere in the United States, provided they are licensed to practice law in California. The position involves working as part of a dynamic team within a law firm that has offices throughout the country.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and consulting on labor and employment law matters
  • Collaborate with team members while also working independently
  • Support clients with legal guidance in labor and employment issues

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in California
  • Minimum of 5 years of labor and employment law advice and consulting experience in a law firm or in-house setting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Outstanding professional references

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling labor and employment litigation matters is preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annualized salary range: $175,000 to $225,000 (full-time equivalent), based on experience, qualifications, credentials, and location
  • W2 employment status
  • Eligibility for full benefits when working 20+ hours per week, including a Qualified 401(k) plan
