Overview

A virtual law firm is seeking a California Plaintiffs’ Employment Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, including at least 2 years focused on plaintiffs’ employment litigation. This full-time, permanent remote position offers a supportive work environment with a 1:1 paralegal to attorney ratio.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of plaintiffs’ employment litigation cases, including fact investigation, case workup, and resolution
  • Handle cases involving the ADA, contract disputes, discrimination and harassment claims, terminations, compensation issues, and retaliation
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
  • Collaborate with colleagues while maintaining the ability to work independently

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of litigation experience, with at least 2 years in plaintiffs’ employment litigation
  • Active California law license
  • Strong research and writing skills
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Outstanding professional references

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $140,000 to $250,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, credentials, and location
  • Monthly performance bonus potential
