Overview
This role is with a national law firm with offices in all 50 states. The position is based in New York City and involves litigation work across growing practice groups. Openings are available for Litigation Attorneys with 3+ years of experience handling matters in areas such as:
- Commercial
- Cyber Security
- Employment
- General Liability
- Product Liability
- Toxic Tort
- Other related litigation practice areas
Trial experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Handle litigation assignments with minimal supervision
- Conduct legal research
- Produce strong legal writing
- Deliver persuasive speaking in litigation settings
- Manage work effectively as a self-starter and team player
Requirements
- Licensed in New York
- Admission in New Jersey is a plus
- 3+ years of litigation experience
- Strong academic background
- Proven skills in legal research
- Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
- Ability to handle assignments with minimal supervision

Compensation & Benefits
The firm offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including:
- Eligibility for both discretionary and performance-based bonuses

National base salary ranges (by experience level):
- Associates (approximately 1–6+ years): $100,000–$165,000
- Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000
- Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+
Actual compensation is tailored to the individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
Pay Range: USD $100,000.00 - USD $275,000.00 /Yr.
