Civil Litigation Attorneys
Overview
A national law firm with offices in all 50 states is seeking civil litigation attorneys for its Boise office. Candidates should have at least three years of experience, though all experience levels are encouraged to apply.
Openings are available in defense litigation across various practice areas, including Employment, Construction, Product Liability, and General Liability. Attorneys will work alongside experienced litigators and partners with extensive trial and arbitration experience nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with attorneys in specialized practice groups
- Handle litigation assignments with minimal supervision
- Participate in hearings, depositions, and trials as opportunities arise
Requirements
- Licensed and admitted to practice law in the State of Idaho
- Strong litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
- Proven research abilities and strong academic background
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Trial experience preferred but not required
Licenses in California, Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Montana, Nevada, and Hawaii are considered a plus.
