A law firm with a national presence is seeking civil litigation attorneys for its Portland office. Candidates should have at least three years of experience, though all experience levels are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation cases within assigned practice areas
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Participate in hearings, depositions, and trials as needed
• Collaborate with team members and clients

Requirements

• Licensed and admitted to practice law in the State of Oregon
• Minimum of three years of civil litigation experience preferred
• Strong litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
• Excellent research abilities and strong academic background
• Self-starter capable of managing assignments with minimal supervision
• Trial experience is preferred but not required
