Overview
This role involves civil litigation with 3+ years of practice and requires licensure and admission to practice in the State of Oregon. The position is 100% remote, with the opportunity for hybrid in-office work as desired by the candidate. The candidate need not reside in Oregon; however, physical presence in Oregon is a plus.

Trial experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Handle civil litigation assignments with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate strong litigation skills and persuasive speaking ability
- Produce high-quality legal writing and research
- Participate effectively as a driven team player
- Support appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials
Requirements
- 3+ years of civil litigation practice
- Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Oregon
- Strong academic background
- Proven skills in research and writing
- Strong persuasive speaking skills
- Self-starter who can manage assignments with minimal supervision

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: USD $120,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr.
