Civil Litigation Attorneys

Overview

A national law firm with offices in all 50 states is seeking civil litigation attorneys for its Charlotte office. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience, though all experience levels are encouraged to apply.

Applicants must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation cases with minimal supervision
• Conduct legal research and draft persuasive legal documents
• Participate in hearings, depositions, and trials as needed
• Engage in client interactions and collaborate with team members

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience preferred
• Licensed and admitted to practice law in North Carolina
• Strong academic background
• Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
• Proven research abilities
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Trial experience is preferred but not required
