Overview

This role supports ongoing SaaS and adtech contract review during a parental leave. You will work closely with a small legal team and help manage a steady flow of commercial agreements with varying levels of complexity. The position emphasizes responsiveness and clear communication.

Responsibilities

  • Review and support commercial agreements related to SaaS and adtech
  • Handle contractual matters of varying complexity
  • Collaborate with a small legal team to support ongoing contract workflows
  • Maintain clear, responsive communication throughout the review process

Requirements

  • Experience reviewing and advising on commercial agreements (SaaS and adtech preferred)
  • Ability to work with varying levels of contract complexity
  • Availability to support a schedule of 20 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

  • Candidates based in San Francisco or NYC are preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $90 and $100 (estimate)
  • Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, skillset, relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law
