Overview

An exciting part-time, remote opportunity is available for an attorney with over 6 years of commercial contracts experience. The role involves drafting, negotiating, and reviewing NDAs and a variety of corporate and commercial contracts. Experience in the AI industry or with AI-related legal matters is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, negotiate, and review NDAs and other corporate and commercial contracts
  • Provide legal support on AI-related matters (preferred)
  • Work independently and collaboratively with the team as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of legal experience in commercial contracts
  • Extensive experience with NDAs and a wide range of corporate and commercial contracts
  • Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the state of residence
  • Excellent academic credentials from a U.S. accredited law school
  • Strong communication skills
  • Outstanding professional references

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in the AI industry or on AI-related legal issues

Position Details

  • Employment Type: Contract/Engagement
  • Schedule: Part-Time (approximately 15 to 20 hours per week)
  • Location: Fully Remote

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annualized compensation range: $175,000 to $225,000+ (based on experience, qualifications, credentials, and location)
  • W2 employment status
