Overview
A global provider of on-demand legal talent is seeking experienced legal professionals to deliver high-quality legal services at the intersection of innovation and complex legal matters.
Responsibilities
- Provide clear, commercial legal advice to internal stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial and supplier contracts.
- Support regulatory and marketing compliance efforts.
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of significant transactional legal experience, preferably in an in-house environment.
- Experience working on a wide range of commercial contracts, including Statements of Work (SOWs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), vendor, procurement, supply chain, service, and customer/sales agreements.
- Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts within an in-house setting.
- Confidence in working with internal stakeholders and external advisers.
- Strong issue spotting and contract planning skills.
- Must have full Australian working rights and be eligible to practice law in Australia.
